Sgraffito pottery, email us to book a date

Join us for a creative session where you can discover the art of Sgraffito pottery!

In the Sgraffito session, you’ll apply a layer of glaze or slip to your pottery, let it dry, and then use a carving tool to scratch away parts of the top layer, revealing the base color underneath. The term "sgraffito" comes from the Italian word meaning "to scratch." 

Everything you need, including materials, tools, tea, coffee, and snacks, is provided. Just bring yourself and, if you'd like, a few images for inspiration. 

Your fired pieces will be ready for collection within two to three weeks.
